To Whom it may Concern,

Thank you for your reply email.

I would really love the oppurtunity to be available for Gordon Ramsey to visit an old-skool retro looking restaurant that has been around since the 1960's and been re-furbished (in a strange way), that needs to do much better than it currently is in a number of ways.

The food is terrible.  I booked a table of 10 for a house-warming event and 1 person got food poisoning, the other wouldnt eat his meal (it just looked so bad) and the rest of the food was only satisfactory.  On top of this I had invited a food critic (silly me) so the event was very embarrassing!  The food is not cheap either, around the $30AUS mark for a main meal, and after someone had seriously complained they still charged half price.  I consequently cannot eat there now, after such a bad experience.

I bought a unit above this premesis and the restaurant is part of the apartment block, taking up the whole of the bottom floor.  I feel that unless the restaurant vastly improves in service, food, HYGEINE, finance and class it will most almost certainly be closed down in the future.  It has great potential as there are hotel rooms also running from the complex that utilize this service and the tenents and owners that live here in the block would also love to use the restaurant that is conveniantly located downstairs.

It is a fantastic location, being 1 street away from the main business street in Perth, St Georges Trc.  We are a 5 minute walk to the Perth CBD, a 5 min walk to the beautiful Swan River of Perth and we have magestic Kings Park behind us, as well as a park and water features in front.  We are surronded by fancy buildings, and in my veiw we really are the worst block on the best street.

I bought the unit 1 year ago and currently run on the Council of Owners for Realmark strata company that runs the apartment block, and it really would be great if you could visit.  I hear you are in Melbourne in August?  If you came I would sort out accomodation for you if you need, and I think the whole experience would really help us and be a lot of fun.

What do you think, does this sound like a story to you?
