Sizzling Cajun Gumbo
Slice the Okro fruit into very small pieces. Add 200g butter in frying pan and allow to sizzle add sliced okro and fry until crispy brown. Slice one average size onion add seasoning and spices and fry till golden brown, add sausages, peeled shrimps and baked chicken with sliced fresh tomatoes fry for 10 mins . Sauce: Slice one onion fry in butter untill golden brown add seasoning and spices and half a glass of red wine stir contents in frying pan for 5 mins. Pour the fried sausages, shrimps and baked chicken into a deep cooking dish. Add the fried okro and sauce and paprika to taste cook for 20 mins
Ingredients:
A dozen pieces of okro fruit
a dozen pack of sausages and shrimps and six pieces of baked chicken

Roast Pork

Heat up a roasting unit wipe the meat with a damp cloth, rub in salt , pepper and paprika and seal and brown on all sides for 15 mins. Then switch down to the lowest heat , add onions, peppers cut into small pieces and peeled tomatoes. Put the lid on and cook for 30 mins. Turn the meat and then continue to cook for a further 30 mins with the lid on. Place the meat in a serving dish. Add 1/4 litre of water to the stock from the roast , boil thicken with two teaspoons of flour add pepper , salt and paprika to tast , possibly improved with some evaporated milk
 Ingredients:
750-1000 g pork joint , 2 onions, 2 tomatoes 1small pepper , pepper, salt , paprika .
Sauce: 1/4 litre of water , 2 teaspoons flour, some evaporated milk .
