Kinda new here and this is my first post. I've been watching all the episodes for the past few days..LOL. Love them!

I have a question...In most of the episodes, Ramsey always simplifies a menu. I would like hear what you think are the best 5 dishes that are easy to make. (personally) Maybe end it with a dessert dish.

1 Beef
2 Chicken
3 Fish
4 Pork
5 List your favorite
Dessert?

I'm looking for simplicity yet elegance.

I expect things will pick up when the new Hells Kitchen starts in January.  The last Kitchen Nightmares was shown by Fox in such an odd way, lots of missed weeks and double header shows, it affected the interest people had.  I still don't understand why they did that.

Hi i do not like beef .Chicken i love it. I love it like anything ,specially when it is roasted mmmmm yummy. and yes if you get bottle of beer with this what a combination.
Further i also like fish and pork but not that much .Have you ever tried a goose. Its really really awesome when it is deep fried .Give it a try dude.

I like beef. It is so tasteful. I cook beef steak everytime I have a stocked beef on my refrigerator. Ohh.. I also like chilli beef. Try it! When it comes to chicken, fried is the best of course, chicken fillet is yummy too. I would simply recommend a fruit salad on dessert. These are common dishes but definitely delightful to eat.

Beef is favorite and my favorite dessert is a lemon glazed crembroulle somebody needs to put a recipe up for that I can't remeber mine and I lost my cook book i made. Beef Sirloin, medium rare served over a teriyaki steamed rice
