http://news.scotsman.com/entertainment/TV-chef-gives-India-a.3741453.jp

A YOUNG chef's televised Kitchen Nightmare has turned into a dream job after Gordon Ramsay offered her a full-time position at one of his London restaurants.
Trainee India Innes, 23, from Meadowbank, impressed the fiery chef when he met her while filming in Paris last year.

When the French restaurant she was working in closed, he offered her a work placement at his Boxwood Cafe.

She has now revealed that he has given her a full-time position.

India, who formerly worked at Shaw's Bistro, in Fishmarket Close, said it was a dream come true.

Talented chef India had been left jobless when the Piccolo Teatro, a vegetarian restaurant in Paris, closed after ignoring Ramsay's advice on an episode of the Kitchen Nightmares TV show.

The TV chef said that meeting India had been the highlight of filming there.

He said at the time: "There is no way that I am going to let her forget her dream. She has a great future ahead of her."

This lovely woman is a truely a magnificent 'find' for Chef Ramsay. I hope that she will rise within the Gordon Ramsay Empire & once again show Chef Ramsay that 'Women Can Cook'..(and they can, My Mum is excellent, but I won't place her in that environment...She's my Mum..not yours).
The episode itself is my favourite. It was wonderful to see the master chef 'run' his own Parisian Restaurant on his own..Well..Cafe, on his own.

Now, the debate...US vs UK Kitchen Nightmares...UK wins. Why? It's real. The US version is stylised. It insults the American Audience by providing 'Drama'. And it is an insult. The North American market can certainly cope with 'swear' words & most importantly, they don't need stylised drama to stay awake..For goodness sakes, they aren't stupid nor predantic as Fox thinks.
Get the US Kitchen Nightmares to the 'Honesty' of the UK series and Fox will have a 'Winner'. And
'Honesty' means real....Not commercially viable.

Now Chef Ramsay gets hit with Law suites...Bloody hell...The restaurant owner invites him in..He tries to help...What right does the owner have to sue Chef Ramsay if their restaurant fails Huh? None what-so-ever.

Ramsay is a VERY entertaining Chef. He has an excellent marketing / advertising system. I enjoy his presence & I recommend him for his excellent cooking skills & ability to instruct, but most importantly, is his ability to entertain. Entertainmet & Education...Perfect Combination.

Great news about India!
I think i have a little bit of a crush on her.
This is my favorite "Kitchen Nightmares"(UK) episode and the one I always recommend to friends who are first time watchers.
