I have been to Rick Stiens, and I have been to Gorden Ramseys, but to find a place better than them on my door step is a dream come true.

what a fantastic restaurant for couples, and families. it seems to have everything, the food has to be the best i have eaten (home or abroard) this place will go far, and i am pleased to be one of the first to discover it,and become a regular, as when it gets discovered, i fear its going to be very difficult to get a table here, good luck to them, good local food cooked in such a fine fashion is hard to come buy. long live the fish and anchor !

i had a locally caught sea bass at this restaurant last weekend, and no where in britain could you taste finner, be it rick stien, gorden ramsey,jamie oliver, who ever,the chef at the fish and anchor does justice to the word local fresh food, well done and keep up the good work, someone will discover you one day.
