We travelled a 360 mile round trip to sample the food, which was fantastic and the meatballs exceeded our expectations. We arrived 25 minutes after lunch time, but we were met with a smile and the kitchen was happy to cook for us. Well done Caron and Mike, the pub looks great in the red, blue and white. We'll definitely be back.

It’s superb, I love the chairs and table clothes, the food is fantastic, what a brilliant little restaurant. I just love it. Wow, I’ll be back soon.

After watching the programme of Gordon Ramsay, I had to visit the restaurant. I must say you could taste the freshness of the food, pasta, herbs, seasoning and meat. Professional waiting service, served in excellent time and with politeness throughout. I would definitely visit again.

After watching the show, Kitchen Nightmares, I just like to say the place looks great and I will be bringing my whole family to eat, in your wonderful pub, and the two owners, have my deep respect for turning the place around. Well done!

Hello! We think that you should paint The Fish and Anchor back blue again. You can see it better. We think you should paint around the windows in a different colour, because it looks a bit better. It’s an amazing place, you two are legends.

I`ve just finished watching the Fish and Anchor on Gordon Ramsey’s show. I think it looks a great place. Honest genuine food and honest genuine people. The next time I`m down that way I’ll definitely call in and say hello, they’re my kind of people.

After watching the restaurant on the Ramsey show, I feel it's fair to say that it looked very clean, it seemed quite tidy and the owners were really giving it a try. Well done to the owners, hope it goes well for you.

I just saw it on Channel 4 in Gordon Ramsay's kitchen. It looks a decent place with a good atmosphere. If I am ever in Lampeter I would definitely try it out. Those Italian meatballs sound great.
