I remeber it well. The staff were lads who were youth offenders and the head chef was an ex con trying to rehabilitate young people. The owner was a right cowboy. The place burn down sometime later that year!!!!!!!!! It wouldnt matter much if you tested him anyway as cuts of beef are mostly different ( i wote a dissertation on the subject ).
