Cook-a-long-a-Gordon is a special live edition of The F Word where the chef will give instructions to viewers as he cooks.
Viewers will be invited to download ingredients before transmission in January.
A C4 spokesman said: “Gordon will go live to show that fast food can mean good food.”
It will form part of a special two-week food season also featuring programmes from Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
