Restaurants - Include the three starred Michelin starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay; Maze and Maze Grill; Murano; Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's; Foxtrot Oscar and York & Albany.

Pubs - The Narrow, The Warrington and The Devonshire all in London.

Terminal Five - Plane Food Restaurant. Also sells picnic hampers.

America - In New York, Gordon Ramsay at the London; The London Bar and on the East Coast, Gordon Ramsay at the London, West Hollywood.

Europe - Gordon Ramsay at Powerscourt, Co Wicklow; Maze by Gordon Ramsay in Prague; La Veranda and Gordon Ramsay au Trianon, both in Versailles.

Dubai - Verre, the signature restaurant in the Hilton Dubai Creek.

Japan - Conrad Tokyo in the Shiodome district.

Cookery School - Ramsay contributed to a joint venture to buy Tante Marie School of Cookery in Woking, Surrey.

Retail - Ramsay has produced a number of cookery books, a range of knives and saucepans and Nonna's Deli, selling fresh produce.
