SOUTHPORT'S supermarkets have been stocking up for Gordon Ramsay’s Cookalong tonight.

On the menu is a goats’ cheese salad, salmon en croute and rhubarb and ginger crumble.

Each week Gordon lists in advance what to buy and what pots and pans will be needed.

Maureen Fairclough at Morrisons on Lord Street said: “We have an increased allocation of fish and the other ingredients.”
