 HIS restaurant empire under threat, Gordon Ramsay has sold his Hollywood restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at The London West Hollywood, less than a year after it opened, according to reports.

The restaurant was taken over by a company that operates the London West Hollywood hotel where it was located.

Ramsay's name will stay on it, officials said.

Ramsay, star of "Hell's Kitchen" and "Kitchen Nightmares," is under a lot of pressure from creditors after his restaurant group revealed last week that it had not lived up the requirements of some outstanding loans.

Several of his London restaurants are up for sale, according to those reports, but his New York outlet on W. 54th St. so far seems not to be affected.
