http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1106785/Overcooked-Chef-Gordon-Ramsay-bastes-fake-tan-ladles-hair-dye-trip-LA.htmlGordon Ramsay is clearly trying to fit in with the locals as arrives in Los Angeles.
The foul-mouthed chef looked more like a teenage backpacker than a 42-year-old father of four as he jetted in to LA to film a new series of Kitchen Nightmares.
The TV personality attempted to roll back the years with his highlighted hair, orange tan, unbuttoned shirts, jeans and silver trainers.
Despite going for the casual look for the long-haul flight, the resulting ensemble of silver trainers, checked shirt and bleached blonde hair made him look like he ready to hit the beach and 'catch' a wave.
Clutching his passport and carrying a hold-all, a stony faced Ramsay ignored photographers' questions about his recent marital woes.
His latest visit to the States marks his first return to the Los Angeles since claims of his alleged infidelity emerged in November.
Ramsay denied claims he cheated on his wife Tana with 'professional mistress' Sarah Symonds over a seven year period.
Ramsay has several business dealings in Los Angeles, as well as being a TV star, he also runs a restaurant at the London Hotel in West Hollywood.
He is expected to spend several months in California, leaving his wife of 12 years Tana to hold the fort at home.
The couple, who live in Wandsworth, south west London, have four children, Megan, Matilda and twins Jack and Holly.
Despite his jaunt to the U.S., Ramsay will be seen on British TV screens this month in his Ramsay's Great British Nightmare, as part of the Channel 4 Great British Food Fight season.
Symonds, who wrote a book entitled Having An Affair? The Handbook for the Other Woman, has announced on her blog she has made a new year's resolution to only date single men.
Meanwhile, a restaurant Ramsay 'saved' in his UK version of Kitchen Nightmare's has closed, blaming the credit crunch.
Allan Love closed his Love's Fish Restaurant in Brighton, East Sussex last week, which was transformed by Ramsay in 2007.
In a note to customers pinned on the door of the restaurant last week, Love paid tribute to Ramsay for his help.
Love said: 'Unfortunately because of the credit crunch and lack of bookings, Love's Restaurant has had to close for business.
'P.S. Also thank you Gordon Ramsay for all your efforts, at least we tried eh? Love you.'
