Love him or hate him, Ramsay puts as much fire and passion into his words as he does his cooking and will host a series of lunches and dinners as part of Sanctuary Cove's 21st birthday celebrations.
The celebrity chef has starred in TV series Kitchen Nightmares, Hells Kitchen and The F-Word.
Sanctuary Cove CEO, Geoff Grady, said having Ramsay visit the resort was a major coup and would be part of a number of festivities planned to celebrate the 21st anniversary.
Ramsay will host three lunches and three dinners over the weekend of June 12-14, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency, Sanctuary Cove.
His visit will provide a rare opportunity for people to see him in action and taste his signature dishes.
