Lette, who in her 10 books has written about predatory, husband-hunting women, has confessed to having two affairs with married men herself.
"My latest novel charts the emotional crises of a wife whose husband leaves her for her best friend. But the novel has an upbeat message for abandoned wives," Lette writes in The Daily Mail newspaper in the UK.
"It offers advice on how to learn to stand on your own two feet and not wait to be rescued by some fictional hero. I've just sent a copy to Tana Ramsay."
Author of how to be a mistress, Sarah Symonds, claimed she had a seven-year affair with the foul-mouthed TV chef.
"Gordon and I have had sex at least seven times. We have met up at least 18 times," she said.
"He’s phoned me hundreds of times over the last seven years. I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve had phone sex".
She also alleged she knew of two other lovers of Ramsay - one he met through his Hell's Kitchen TV program in the US.
Ramsay's wife Tana has maintained a brave face throughout the ordeal and Ramsay has tried to laugh off the allegations.
"To be fair, not all men think monogamy is something you make dining room tables out of. But I would warn other wives of the signs," says Lette, who was born in Sylvania but now lives with her husband and children in London.
