Gordon Ramsay will be censored by bosses on the next leg of his controversial food tour of Australia.

The Good Food and Wine show will vet what the chef says in Sydney after he allegedly called TV host Tracy Grimshaw a lesbian and likened her to a pig.

A spokesman said: "Usually these are unscripted but we'll be much more involved in Gordon's show."

Defiant Ramsay hit back: "I can't edit myself, I am what I am. I don't really think about the aftermath."
