The Fenwick Arms and Gordon Ramsay are leading the campaign for people across the country to go back to using real gravy.

The Fenwick Arms, situated in Claughton near Lancaster, is a unique gastropub combining a warm and friendly atmosphere with fine cuisine (and real gravy).

Brian and Elaine of the Fenwick Arms, along with Gordon Ramsay, have recently rediscovered traditional gravy and now want to drive people back to making good traditional meat stock gravy.

The gravy mad couple have been campaigning on the high streets of Lancashire and pushing the message of dumping the grotty granules and using the juices from your roasts to make a fantastic real gravy to enhance the great British Sunday roast dinner.
