I agree with the last person - I just discovered you YESTERDAY - please don't stop now!! I am addicted to Chef Ramsay...and you feed my jones.  Wink I didn't realize how he felt about local vs. organic products, for example...and here, we can find out what happens after KN airs.

Thanks for all you do, guys!

Don't you dare stop this site !  As a Yank, I love the British version of Kitchen Nightmares 100o times more than the U.S. version.  Keep up the good work !

Quite honestly, I've been thrilled to have found your site.  I've been all over the net to find complete episodes I might watch since I've been ill.  The last two days, I do not believe I've logged out of your site once, only whilst my machine's been stubborn, and I've had to reboot to get it moving again to the next video.

I pause it and go about my business, and return for it when I need a rest.  I've absolutely enjoyed every bit of your site!!  Please do keep providing this service for us.

Actually, I lied, they have had complete episodes that you could watch, but it required payment for the few choice videos of Chef Ramsay they might have had, and I was not willing to pay, when they include all the advertisments as well.

Personally, I do thank you for the extreme amount of time and tedious work you must have put in to make it, not only enjoyable, but quite easy to navigate for those of us that are directionally challanged Shocked)

I would like to know more about Marco White and what Gordon Ramsay did to him, and if you consider it at all true, or just sensationalist rag crap.  It has lowered my opinion of his taking his profession seriously, whilst they are saying he stabbed in the back and twisted with a kitchen knife, the very gentleman that literally picked him up and taught him how to walk, whilst he was on all 4's being kicked round whilst trying to follow a dream of becoming a football player.

Quite frankly, the success is owed to the man who showed him, how, when you loose the chance of following your dearest dream, you turn it round and make a new dream, Chef Marco White.......but then that is the opinion that I hold, others may admire his ability to social climb whilst loosing all sensitivity and commitment to those who have helped us up when we fall.

re: the history of what happened w/ Marco, I'd suggest reading Ramsay's autobiography (Roasting in Hell's Kitchen: Temper Tantrum, F-Words... might be called something different now, since I think they re-released it.  But that was the name of the copy at the library).  It's a fairly quick read (it's written in such a conversational tone that you fly through the book--- especially if you are at home under the weather!)  There is so much childhood and early history in there which he is very up front in writing about.  Some of it is shockingly horrible, but it's not presented to generate pity, rather it really explains a lot about his drive and gave me a bigger appreciation of why is he is passionate and responds the way he does in the kitchen.
And, yes... he does go thru his early kitchen jobs in France and working for Marco.

Marco is mentioned a lot in both Shows.

I could never get tired of watching Gordon!

Thanks so much for downloading the episodes on YouTube.  I watched Beyond Boiling Point last night and enjoyed it very much.

Did you upload the UK KN episode about the Paris vegetarian restaurant?  If so, I somehow missed it.

I have always googled the restaurants featured in the KN episodes, and it's not truly surprising that many of them fail.  I was particularly sad about The Walnut Tree.  The owner was so stubbornly refused to take Gordon's advice about lowering his prices.

For any of you who are interested to read about the Marco White incident, it's in the New Yorker article (that's where Ramsay first admitted it) - and you can read it online: http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2007/04/02/070402fa_fact_buford

It's a very good article and quite revealing.

Oh, and I also agree with my fellow Yank who said that "Kitchen Nightmares UK" is a far superior show. I can barely stomach the US one!

love the page visit most days please keep it going only problem I have is knowing which episodes I've seen and what i haven't as the links don't change colour annnd having to go through one episode to reach the next is a chore - please use the list system and name the links with something other than episode 1,2,3 etc so it will make it easier to know what has and has not been watched.

Kitchen nightmares UK is miles better than US largely because there is no annoying woman narrating. Keep it Gordon.

I hope they keep the Kitchen Nightmares series running it is by far GR's best tv work to date.

Not in a million years, this guy is the best thing that's ever happened to the internet and television.  I love the way he just says it like it is, and doesn't care about hurting your feelings.  I love watching him on both the US version and the UK version, Please don't take my ramsey away from me!!!!

I love the site. Keep up the great work.

Does anyone think the Fox version of Kitchen Nightmares is better than the UK version  ?
Not that I can tell.

Fox should pick up on this and try to do a version more similar to the UK version if/when they do a second season.

As I have said before, I find the editing of the US version to be a major problem.  It is herky jerky, inclined to promote fakery, misses the interesting stuff, and all to highlight so called clashes with the chefs and owners.

A new producer editor, and narrator would be a huge improvement.

I want Ramsay to get more involved with the production.  His perfectionism would keep these donkeys on their toes.
