Hi all ,

i have a small restaurant in western Europe .  Its capacity is 25 people at a time. i have bar too attached with the restaurant . What i was asking to you guys that recently i visited my nearby restaurant there they are using deep fryer for deep frying the stuffs insted of frying pan or anything else .i wanted to know what specification should be of deep fryer for my kind of restaurant.
