My name is godfreu i've been in the hospitality field for over 30 years thers a resturant that has closed down that i whould like too turn in to a entertainment/resturant that will highlight soul food with a itailian style. My back round is in this style of cooking and i whould love to fecher it to the slc community.
can you help me?

This would be a first as Ramsay has only tackled restaurants before they close in the past.

I suppose the question is "why would he do it".
