Lancaster, California is home to Italian eatery, Casa Roma, the oldest restaurant in the city, owned by mother and son team, Nylah and Jeremy.

Despite having no restaurant experience between them, the pair bought the landmark restaurant two years ago in the hope of turning it around. "Had we known anything about the restaurant business we probably wouldn't have got involved," admits a weary Nylah.

The pair has seen almost 20 chefs come and go in just two years but according to the waiting staff it's current chef, Erick, who's causing the problem with his slow attitude and bland food.

He disagrees. "I'm good at this," insists Erick, "Do I make it look fancy? That's not what I do. I make the food taste good."

Wonderful series, Where can I get one of those "bodily fluid detectors" shown in the Casa Roma episode. Even if I knew what they were called I could find one on the internet. Can any help?
