SEASON 1
The first season premiered on May 30, 2005 and concluded on August 1, 2005. The winner was Michael Wray; he accepted an offer to work with Ramsay in London, but later chose not to go. Wray was formerly the head chef at Tatou in Los Angeles

Hell's Kitchen is a reality show from Fox that pits potential head chefs against each other. Gordon Ramsay runs the show and at the end of the show, the winner gets a great job.

During one season the winner was Michael Wray. He had a chance to either have his own restaurant or work with Gordon Ramsay in a Ramsay restaurant. Michael Wray didn't choose either . He struck it out on his own and started selling his own knives .

He took a once in a lifetime chance to learn a craft from a very successful businessman and walked away. Interesting.

SEASON 2
Heather Marie West was a chef working at the Terra Rossa Restaurant at the Red Rock Resort and Spa in Las Vegas. Working at this restaurant was her prize after winning the second season of Hell's Kitchen. She was the Senior Chef of the restaurant.

As of September 18, 2007, West's name is no longer listed on the Terra Rossa website. A spokesperson for the resort said that the prize was only for a one-year contract.

As of April 2008, Heather West has been a chef at the Broadway Grill in Seattle, Washington.

SEASON 3
Rahman Harper (born December 17, 1976), aka Rock, is the Season 3 winner of Hell's Kitchen and is now the Head Chef at Terra Verde Restaurant in the Green Valley Ranch resort and spa.

Rock is a repeat guest Chef for KVVU-TV, Fox 5 Las Vegas, where he cooks live for the holidays and other occasions. He is a 1996 graduate of the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University.

Rock Harper, the winner of Hell’s Kitchen 3, started his job as head chef of a restaurant in Las Vegas last Monday, becoming the first winner in the show’s history to actually win the announced prize.

Previously, the show’s winners have been given different prizes; last year’s winner, Heather West, was working as senior chef under another chef at the Red Rock at Terra Rossa.

However, the restaurant’s web site no longer includes Heather’s name or picture because she no longer works there. A reservations agent told me this morning that she had a one-year contract, and left after that expired.

The agent mentioned that Rock is now at Green Valley Ranch Resort, where he’s the head chef of Terra Verde. The restaurant’s web site, which says it has an “authentic Italian” menu and a “collection of 1,500 bottles of premiere Italian and California wines,” identifies Rock as the “head chef.” And a press release said he started Sept. 10 “as head chef at Terra Verde Italian restaurant at Green Valley Ranch Resort.”

http://www.pegasusnews.com/news/2007/may/18/local-chef-reality-tv-celeb-rachel-brown-found-dea/

Rachel Brown, the Oak Cliff-based personal chef who became a national celebrity last summer following her appearance on the Fox reality show Hell's Kitchen, was found dead in her family home in Bedford on May 9, according to her sister, Dr. Mary Brown.

The death is currently under investigation, Dr. Brown said.

Rachel, who turned 41 on May 5, was the youngest of five children and an excellent athlete as a student. She worked for more than 10 years as caterer, personal chef and cooking instructor. She won praise for her work at Sur la Table teaching children how to cook, and hoped to open a cooking school for underprivileged youth, Dr. Brown said.

"She was a delight," Dr. Brown said of her sister, who left behind a girlfriend and two cats. "She was funny and sweet and worked really hard."

Brown became an iconic participant on the competition show Hell's Kitchen¯ which pits professional chefs against each other and volatile judge Gordon Ramsay for the prize of a part-ownership in a Las Vegas resort. Brown lost, but her quasi-romance with another female contestant became a reality TV first.

After the show aired, Brown told Dallas Voice that she had no regrets about the game.

Brown's body was cremated earlier this week. A memorial service for her will be at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst on May 26, at 2 p.m. Dr. Brown invited her friends to attend and share their remembrances of her sister.

I would appreciate ANY information regarding the current situation with any person who has appeared on Hell's Kitchen.
I am disappointed that Rachael (season 2), has passed on. This does upset me, but such is life. She had so much energy and was a wonderful person. Please pass on my sympathies to her family.

But to the point of my post..Where are they now? How are they going ?
