Mine, I think I would (this is one of my real dreams)

The Canadian Batata! (the canadian potato)

and I would open it in Brazil somewhere more safer than Rio or SaoPaulo (PS: my wife is brazilien)

In Brazil, no  breakfast place exist, so, breakfast (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns...) is unheard off there. Everytime I go to Brazil, everyones dies for my breakfast there.

Also, canadian style cooking is unheard of. Sherpards pie (canadian version) canadian chineize food, Beaver tales.. Being a great cook, I think I would have no problem getting customer. Like I say, everytime I go there, I have neighbours and people coming in just to taste my cooking.

So, what is yours dream restaurent?

Maybe I would use the little Britain idea for a boiled potato franchise. The  Boiled potato of Mayfair sounds like a good idea.
