What bothered me most about Bobby was his complete lack of leadership and initiative.  He seemed to be coasting along the whole time - not really swimming and not really sinking---thats called treading water. Exposed for mediocrity - I still think he was better than Jen, but GR must need the drama for ratings and thats why she stays.  Bobby was just kind of bland, and please tell me how these folks, I mean all of them, do not know how to touch a steak and know it's temperature??  After how many weeks of cooking the same menu, night after night, and they still screw up soooo badly ?-

How big a joke it is that the winner will really become the Executive at his new joint!  I do not see how they can handle one iota of pressure --- I do 12 tops in my sleep everday!--they couldn't handle the pressure of a Dunkin Doghnuts.    Ever see the Running Man with Arnold?-----The winners were supposed to be in the tropics for him to find that they were terminated and the whole thing was a sham!
